Room and all meals for the week (three meals a day) are covered in the price. Space is limited and we do ask for a $100 deposit with completed form to reserve an athlete’s spot. Deposits and paperwork are due by May 17th. For final payment deadlines, please visit our Basic Information page.
Athlete Camp Cost (per person)
Wide Open Cross Country Camp is an individual and team camp. Athletes are allowed to come on their own or with their team. To qualify for the team rate, a group of ten or more athletes (boys + girls) must register as a school or club by May 17th.

Coach Camp Cost
Coaches are welcome to attend on their own or with their team. One coach’s expenses will be covered for every ten team runners attending camp. The total number of runners attending can include any combination of male and female runners. Additional coaches not covered by ten team runners will have to pay a fee of $150.
