Extending the 2013 Registration Deadline

Campers, Coaches, and Parents,

After speaking with a number of you over the last few days, we have decided to move back our deadline for registering for camp. With many coaches just beginning to have their team meetings about summer training plans, we wanted to allow a little more time for campers to coordinate with their coaches and teammates about summer camp.

Our new deadline for turning in a deposit and registration forms for our North Carolina and Alabama camps is June 3rd. However, I do want to reiterate the residential spots for our Alabama camp are limited. Residential spaces at our Alabama camp are reserved on a first come first serve basis. A residential spot is considered reserved when we have received a deposit and all of the correct forms.

We can have an unlimited number of day campers at our Alabama camp. Additionally, our North Carolina camp still has spots open.

All final balance payments for our Alabama camp will now be due June 21st.
All final balance payments for the North Carolina camp are still due July 19th.

For those of you still interested in camp, we do have some spots open. Because our deadline has passed, we can’t guarantee you a spot. However, please reach out to our camp director, Taylor Narewski, if you are still interested in coming to our session in July or our session in August.

As we finish the final details of camp we look forward to two great weeks of training, learning, and fun.

Whether you are a coach looking to improve team speed or an athlete looking to sign up for our cross country camp, we’re glad you made it to our site. Coach Stan Narewski or Taylor Narewski can be contacted about clinics, personal speed training, or presentations through this site. Any and all presentation notes or hand out materials can be found on the Clinics page.

However, the majority of the information on this site is dedicated to the Wide Open Cross Country Camp. Presented by UDC Sports, Wide Open Cross Country Camp is a five day four night individual and team cross country camp located in the Blue Ridge Mountains at Ridge Haven Conference & Retreat Center in North Carolina.

Our 2012 sessions will be:

July 2 – July 6

August 6 – August 10

Deadlines:

June 1: All deposits and forms must be completed and recieved.

June 16: Camp balance must be paid in full.
