Cross Country Running Trails Alabama

Run on a variety of trails throughout the week.

Our staff is always excited about putting together a camp schedule that is full of fun, a variety of guest speakers, and time to relax. Our staff works to create a Wide Open Cross Country Camp that will be a fun running experience for everyone. Although our schedule calls for running twice a day on trails as well as speed drills and core strength exercises, we schedule plenty of time for rest, recovery, and relaxation. We do not want to send athletes home worn out.
